the translation nowadays is a field of academic study, based on well defined principles.
the cultural approximation and the descriptive translation are important concepts which must be taken in consedration.
but i want to add something that for the scientific texts , the translator who just know the rules of these languages and have a general culture may not be able to comprehend the meaning of that kind of texts.
therefore he will not translate it correctly.

it is a wide field needs alot from the learner
it does not reqiur just some informaton, but it needs more and more training
whereas the knowledge of all subdivision of traslation and its rules
and almost the complete knowledge of the culture of the subject in which being translated
are the most important bases which translation depends on.
and by them we can translate any passage in correctly way whatever its kind ( polotical, economical ,scientifical and so on )
